We have sold our calves through natural beef programs and hope to continue to do so in the future. We also enjoy our own beef and can seasonally offer a limited number of beeves:

We ourselves like the extra bit of marbling that comes from 45-60 days graduated grain feeding combined with our native forage. 1/2s or 1/4s should be pre-ordered with deposit (we need to sell all of a "whole" before proceeding!). Pricing varies but is fair and provides value. You will need to be billed for the live beeve, and specify your cutting/wrapping instructions to our preferred processer, Ft. Sumner Processing. Aging for 14-21 days before cutting is important for ensuring tenderness. FedX Shipping may be available, but a trip out to "range country" to get your beef should be part of the experience.
JT Calves during Low-Stress Fence-line Weaning. Some people prefer to purchase these "petite beeves" as they are still somewhat "milk-tender," yield much smaller portions, and require much less freezer space! But those wanting the Big T-bone with marbling (intramuscular fat) will want these to grow large enough (up to another year) for the "Big Guy" Package.
